As a studio we strive to make yoga as accessible as we can to our local community, but we know it can still feel out of reach for many.
This year we’re delivering not one, but two outdoor classes every week, held outdoors in Abbey Fields. We’ve reduced our ticket price to £5 per person, and in every single class we will have 5 completely free spaces available.
These free spaces are for those who face financial barriers which prevent them from accessing yoga classes.
If you can afford to pay the £5 ticket price, please do so, allowing those who really need it to come along and experience our classes.
When? Every Wednesday 6:30pm and Sunday 9am, for one hour, throughout June, July and August.
Where? The class is held at the top of Abbey Fields, near the War Memorial by Forrest Road. You’ll receive pictured instructions with your booking.
Do I need a mat? We recommend bringing your own yoga mat or towel, we have a few spare but do let us know in advance if you’d like to borrow one.
Is it ok if I’m new to yoga? Absolutely! All sessions are suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
How do I book? Use the following links to book. (BUTTONS)
Are the sessions suitable for everyone? These yoga classes are suitable for everyone aged 16 and over, but we don’t recommend these classes during pregnancy.
What happens in the case of poor weather? We go ahead in most conditions unless it’s very heavy rain, in which case the session would be cancelled and we would advise via email and/or text message. The option to transfer to another session or refund would be given (for paid spots).
