If you’re looking to implement a well-being programme in your workplace but you’ve no idea where to start- you’ve come to the right place. Best in class leaders in business today all share an “employee first” culture- they know that everyone wins when your people are looked after.

We know that fulfilled, healthy employees are the core of all businesses; and when implemented correctly- employee well-being programmes work.

The Wellbeing Charter states for every £1 spent on employee well-being, an employer can expect a return of £5.31. This comes as a result of fewer sick days, improved productivity and higher employee retention.

Why then is it that uptake is often low when employers offer well-being benefits to their employees?

First and foremost, many companies don’t clarify what their employees actually need and want. Is it time? Physical movement? Nutrition education? Stress management? It’s vital to consult the workplace and create a strategy from there.

Secondly, well-being must be built into the fabric of the organisation. Leaders must show the way in order for employees to feel they can take part- we know behaviour change must filter from the top down.

Finally- a programme must have consistency. We know, it’s harder to make time on a weekly or monthly basis than to check that box once a year. But in order to see results, like most things- consistency is required.

Ideally, you’ll have someone in charge of the in-house co-ordination. Larger companies might have a “Chief Happiness or Wellness Officer”, in a smaller company you might simply nominate someone to take on this responsibility alongside their current role.

Where do we come in?

  • We’ll create a well-being strategy for your workplace, to suit your needs and budget.

  • We’ll provide only the most experienced teachers and coaches.

  • We’ll host at your place, ours, or online.

We work with yoga teachers, pilates teachers, nutritionists, menopause experts, sound therapy practitioners, masseurs and many others.

How much will it cost us?

It depends! Our consultation costs £80 and lasts approximately one hour, we’ll form a strategy within one week to include everything we’ve discussed. For most companies, we offer a choice of two packages to suit your budget- you’re under no obligation here. Many small companies don’t have huge budgets allocated just yet, don’t worry- we’ll meet you where you’re at.
