This half-day retreat is your chance to pause the noise and gently reconnect- with your heart, your truth, and your inner calm.

“From Head to Heart: A Journey of Self-Compassion & Inner Knowing” is a lovingly guided experience designed for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or out of alignment.

Through grounding practices, heartfelt conversation, and creative reflection, you’ll begin to shift from overthinking to deep inner listening.

Throughout the day, you’ll start to learn how to:

Quieten your mind so you can hear what your heart and body are really saying

Reconnect with yourself beyond roles, responsibilities, and expectations

Build self-compassion, not just as a concept, but as a lived practice

Trust your inner knowing - the part of you that’s wise, intuitive, and calm

Understand your own core values, so your choices reflect what truly matters to you
