We’re so excited to invite you and your little one to a peaceful and nurturing Baby Massage Morning, in collaboration with Mama Shack and led by Mama’s Mindfulness.
This one-hour class is the perfect space to slow down, bond with your baby, and enjoy the many benefits of baby massage. You’ll learn gentle techniques designed to support your baby’s wellbeing - helping to soothe common discomforts like colic, wind, constipation and teething pain, while also supporting their sensory and physical development. Most importantly, it’s a beautiful way to build a deeper emotional connection and strengthen your bond.
After the class, take a moment for yourself with a relaxing cup of tea, a sweet treat, and the chance to connect with other mums.
Every attendee will also receive a gift from Mama Shack to take home.
