Restorative Yoga into Sound Bath
Join Hannah for a slow Sunday evening of restorative yoga into a gentle sound bath. You’ll begin with a series of restorative yoga postures to gently ease out the body, alongside calming breath work to allow the mind to begin to slow down. Once settled, you'll get cosy for a sound bath, listening to the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls to further relax. This session is suitable for all levels of yoga. Whether you find relaxing easy, or a challenge, this session will help you to begin to slow down.
