Join Hannah McMartin, Yoga Teacher and Nutritionist, for a nurturing 2-hour workshop designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with your body in a gentle, restorative way.
What to expect:
-A grounding restorative yoga session to ease anxiety and to support deeper, restful sleep.
-A practical and empowering nutrition talk, exploring how food can support hormonal balance, including nutrients to focus on for mood, cognition, skin, sleep, heart and bone health.
-Easy recipes and food swaps to help reduce symptoms
Whether you’re newly navigating changes or deep in the process, this workshop offers a chance to pause, reset, and leave feeling more informed, supported, and at ease in your body.
No yoga experience is required for this workshop.
