Monthly Yin & Yoga Nidra with Jen
Join me for this 1.5-hour yin and Yoga Nidra workshop.
Yin Yoga weaves together the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to offer a deeply nourishing practice of stillness, spaciousness, and surrender.
Paired with Yoga Nidra - the “yoga of sleep,” a guided meditation that invites you to rest in the peaceful space between wakefulness and sleep - this evening will provide an evening of deep nurturing and rest.
The Basement Snug has everything you need - mats, props, blankets - but if you would like to bring your own mat you are very welcome to.
Wearing comfy layers is good because its a slow practice so we won't be building up much heat.
