Join Hannah for an olfactory journey and an afternoon of connecting with your senses. Hannah will lead you through the history of aromatherapy and how to use it in your daily life before learning about essential oils and their special properties. You will then smell an array of pure essential oils, all of which are unlabelled, to truly discover the connection you have with scent and we will discuss each one in detail as a group.
You will make your very own aromatherapy rollerball, based on your individual needs and you'll also get the chance to have a look at other aromatherapy products and receive an exclusive discount on the day.
Included in your 2 hour workshop are hot and cold soft drinks and a few nibbles too. All essential oils selected for this workshop are safe for pregnancy (2nd trimester onwards).
