A 60-minute deeply nurturing class, Yoga Nidra, the "yoga of sleep", is a restorative practice which requires no physical movement, only rest and listening. The practice of Yoga Nidra aids relaxation, sleep, mental clarity, creativity and emotional well-being.
Research shows it can relieve chronic pain, insomnia and stress. During the session you will be guided along one or two journeys of Yoga Nidra, sometimes with a gentle stretch in between. Welcome home to your rested self!
