At The Basement Snug, our yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with yourself amidst the pace of everyday life.
You donβt need to be flexible, experienced, or know all the right words to walk through the door. Just come as you are.
We offer a range of yoga classes in Kenilworth. From grounding flows and restorative classes to feel-good workshops and seasonal sessions, everything we offer is taught with warmth, care, and attention, weaving breath, awareness, and the wider practice of yoga gently into the experience.

PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL YOGA
Supportive classes for every stage of the journey into motherhood, from pregnancy through to the first year postnatal. Gentle movement, breathwork, and space to slow down and reconnect with yourself along the way. No previous yoga experience needed, and babies are always welcome at postnatal classes.

MENOPAUSE YOGA
A calming, supportive class designed especially for women in perimenopause and menopause. Combining movement, breathwork, relaxation, and restorative practices, sessions are designed to help ease common symptoms and support you through this stage of life with more steadiness and care.

A relaxed, welcoming class for secondary school-aged teens to pause, move, and switch off from the pressure of everyday life. Classes include gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation in a space with no pressure to perform or get anything βrightβ.
