YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN WARWICKSHIRE

Learn, teach & deepen your practice

Our teacher training courses are designed for people who want to deepen their understanding of yoga and learn how to share it in a thoughtful, grounded, and accessible way.

Whether you’re beginning your first 200-hour training, continuing your development, or looking for mentoring and support as a teacher, our approach stays the same: small groups, real attention, and depth without overwhelm.

Alongside movement and sequencing, we explore breathwork, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and the wider principles that shape how yoga is practised and lived.

With a maximum of eight trainees per course, there’s space to ask questions, practise properly, and grow into teaching with confidence in your own way.

No rushing. Just supportive, in-depth training rooted in care, integrity, and real-world practice.

Questions about our courses? We’d genuinely love to hear from you.
