Learn to Teach Menopause Yoga - 20 Hour CPD

Support women through menopause with more confidence,

This specialist training explores how yoga can support women through perimenopause and menopause using movement, strength work, breathwork, restorative practices, nervous system support, and yoga philosophy.

Grounded in modern understanding and the wider practice of yoga, this training is designed to help teachers support women in a way that feels informed, compassionate, and genuinely helpful.
