We know that starting something new can feel a bit daunting, on this page youβll find all the information we hope you need if youβve just found us.

Yes! We love introducing people to yoga and all of our classes are beginner friendly. Based on our current schedule hereβs our favourite classes for beginners: Tuesdays 9am Gentle Yoga, Thursdays 6:15pm or 7:30pm Slow Flow Yoga, Fridays 7:15pm Restorative Yoga. We also hold an βIntroduction to Yogaβ workshop a couple of times a year.

Our teachers are well trained in accommodating injuries during classes, but if youβre unsure or have had any recent major surgeries or health concerns please contact us to check suitability.

Not at all! Yoga is wonderful for improving flexibility in the body (and the mind!)- everyone has a different start point and thatβs completely fine.

No, we are a fully equipped studio, including mats, but you are welcome to bring and use your own equipment if you would prefer.

We are located at Bank Gallery, 13 High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LY. We are to the rear of the building and can be accessed through the black iron gates near the gates to the church yard. Once youβre through the black gates youβll see our sign.

Our bookings take place online through our booking system. Some of our classes are run by independent teachers who use their own systems. Classes can all be booked via our classes page.

We aim to keep yoga accessible to as many people as possible in our community, with classes typically Β£11-12 per class.

The following classes are suitable for pregnant students:
Monday and Wednesday 6:15pm Pregnancy Yoga
Wednesday 8pm Sacred Rest: Yoga Nidra Class
Sundays 6pm Meditation Class
Sundays 5:30pm Womenβs Circle.
