Learn to Teach Restorative Yoga - 25 Hour CPD

A training centred around rest, nervous system support, and the quieter side of yoga

This restorative yoga training is designed for teachers wanting to hold calmer, more supportive spaces for students and deepen their understanding of rest as an essential part of wellbeing.

Together, we explore restorative yoga not simply as a style of practice, but as a way of supporting the nervous system, creating safety, and helping people soften out of the constant pace and pressure of modern life.

Is this training for you?

It’s ideal for:

  • Qualified yoga teachers

  • Those currently undertaking training

  • Teachers wanting to explore restorative practices more deeply

We recommend some prior experience of restorative yoga before attending.

This is a practical, discussion-led training with plenty of opportunity to experience restorative yoga firsthand.

Groups are intentionally small, creating space to ask questions, reflect, practise teaching, and absorb the learning gradually.
