As summer begins its gradual transition into autumn, nature reminds us that change doesn't have to happen all at once. September brings golden afternoon light, misty mornings, ripening hedgerows and the first hints of colour appearing in the trees. Blackberries, elderberries and apples are ready for harvest, squirrels are busy gathering for the months ahead, and swallows begin their incredible journey south.
This seasonal sound bath is inspired by this time of transition. While we can still enjoy warmth and light, there is also an invitation to slow our pace, reflect on what has grown over the summer, and begin letting go of what we no longer need.
The Autumn Equinox is just around the corner, a time when day and night move back into balance. Through the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments, you'll be invited to rest, reconnect with yourself, and take a pause as the pace of life begins to pick up again in September.
Come as you are, get cosy, and allow yourself an hour of relaxation inspired by the changing season.
While sound healing is generally gentle and supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone. This workshop is not recommended for those:
with sound-induced epilepsy
in the first trimester of pregnancy
experiencing severe mental health challenges
