Learn to Teach Yoga Nidra - 25 Hour CPD

Explore a variety of approaches to Yoga Nidra, and discover your own confident voice as a teacher.

This training is designed for practitioners who’d like to learn the art of holding space, and guiding others in Yoga Nidra, and deepen their own understanding of the practice.

Together, we’ll study Yoga Nidra in the context of yoga philosophy, modern science, and learn how to use it as a tool in our fast paced, pressured lives.

We can accommodate any injuries in this training, and pregnant and postnatal students are very welcome.

  • Safety, modifications and contraindications to consider

  • How to begin writing your own Yoga Nidra scripts

  • The importance of voice, language and holding space for others

  • How to support physical comfort during Yoga Nidra

Our trainings are practical, welcoming, and intentionally interactive.

Expect discussion, movement, teaching practice, and real conversations, all within a supportive environment where there’s space to learn gradually and ask questions openly.

Some pre-course Yoga Nidra practice is required (home-based), and a written assignment will be due following the training.

Meet your teacher

Kerry has been teaching yoga since 2013 across a variety of styles including restorative yoga, yin, yoga nidra, pre and postnatal yoga, and back care.

Her teaching focuses on accessibility, nervous system support, and helping students feel comfortable enough to truly settle into practice.
